This night is S P A R K L I N G

I will be posting up a couple of post but this shall be the first!
So few days back my boy and I celebrated our first month together. (∪ ◡ ∪)

It's still to surreal though, that I really have a boyfriend and its already been a month since we are together.
But anyway, we celebrated our first month together a few days back hehe.

We had late brunch at Lola's Cafe.

Location: 5 Simons Road (Nearest mrt station: Kovan)

Our orders hehe. I must say their honey wings is very very good, but the pasta was alright though. Overall, I had a good experience at the cafe, the service was good, we didn't have to wait too long for seats, the food was nice in general.
The only bad thing was the seat we got, I think we got the blind spot because we were at a corner and its hard to call the waiter and waitress whenever we needed something. But overall, its a good experience there 。◕ ‿ ◕。
And of course my boy made the experience even better heheheh.

So after our late brunch at Lola's Cafe, we went to Punggol Park to spend the rest of the night together exploring the parks and exchanging our gifts.

We went to My waterway @ punggol.
And its really convinient to get to! It's walkable distance from Damai station.
But of course you have to go to punggol station and take LRT to reach Damai!

I'm so thankful for you bby!
Thank you for the gifts you prepared and its true, handmade gifts are worth so much more than gifts bought.
And I never tell you this but I think its pretty cool how the both of us prepared handmade gifts for each other heheh.
And yes, I told you this already but I really love the gift you gave me heheh. Especially the letter you wrote although there were errors here and there :P

You know they say in life, we will meet that one person that made us realize why it never work out with everyone else.
I guess I finally understand that now.
I never knew what love was until I met you.
Love as in the girl meet guy kind of love.
I have never ever in my life imagine or vision myself to have a boyfriend.
I started off 2014 alone, but I'm going to end of this year and welcome many years ahead with you.
Thank you for noticing me when I'm just a nobody, not saying I'm a somebody now, in fact I'm still a nobody.
But thank you for noticing me when I'm just a nobody.
And thank you for loving me and choosing to love me even after you know all my weird habits, past mistake, dark side, insecurities basically after you get to know me.
And thank you for giving me a chance to love you back too.
And like I've said, the first month together was splendid and I'm looking forward to celebrating future monthsary and anniversary together with you. ♥‿♥

ICE SKATING // MICHELLE'S FIRST MONTH // CAMP HALF-BLOOD

YAY, its a new month. And 3 more days to a special day ❀‿❀
Okay, so time for some updates on this space of mine!

First of all, I went to a ice skating date with my boy last week!

Edited a pig on his face because he is a pig, oink oink. HAHAHAA
Okay, so anyway we went to JEM's ice skating rink and I ice-skated for the first time ever!
Thank god I manage to not fall down at all and I kind of learned how to ice skate ◕‿◕
Thank you to my boy for teaching me how to do that all within the 2 hours we had to skate heheh.

Had dinner and decided to watch a movie, The Purge.
The movie was slightly thrilling because of its jump scare but it was a good movie overall :)

The next day, I went to sign my working contract with Muji, and this happen.

Its funny I guess the HR manager didn't believe my initials were New and decided to change them thinking I wrote it wrongly.
After that I went to my Grandma's house to wait for my dad to fetch us all to Michelle's first month celebration ^‿^

She is such a sweetheart, and her eyes is really really pretty ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

My uncle at the back HAAHAH, the father of baby michelle heheh.

Then just yesterday, I came back from my 2d1n prep camp for LAC.
The theme of the camp is half blood and I am so thankful I got chosen to be one of the facilitators for the camp.
This years camp is going to be a fun, exciting, intense, thrilling one and I am really looking forward to it. \(^-^)/

Thankful I met someone equally blur and afraid of the same thing as I am (◡‿◡✿)

Swatow Seafood Restaurant - Dim Sum Buffet

So yesterday was the birthday celebration for my Grandma \(^○^)人(^○^)/

We celebrated her 75th birthday by having the normal must have birthday cake cutting "ceremony" and we Dim Sum buffet for lunch.

Who cuts the cake using such a big knife, I think only us ヾ(〃^∇^)ノ
After cutting and eating the cake, we head down to have our lunch at Swatow Seafood Restaurant's Dim Sum buffet.

Here are some of the pictures of the food I manage to take before gobbing all of it down. ◎[▪‿▪]◎

First two serving of food we had.

Siew Mai with green color wrapping, which was suppose to be vegetables.

"Shark Fin" dumpling

The pictures wasn't even half of what we ate, sorry I didn't manage to get the pictures of all the food.
But overall, the food was great. (ミ ̄ー ̄ミ)
I liked the service of the staff there, and how the buffet style was like, instead of us getting up from our seats and getting the food, which is the normal buffet styles, the staffs actually carry trays, push carts to every table with different food, if you want the food, you get it from them.
The staff were all very friendly, and one of them actually specially came to our table with a tray of prawn dumpling for my brother after knowing from the adults that's his favorite food because he was throwing tantrum and not eating anything much. ◎[▪‿▪]◎
Here's what prawn dumpling look like in case you are wondering.

The only bad thing was when we went at that time slot, they did not offer chili padi, but that's okay because its a personal preference or habit to always have chili padi in every meal I eat.

Can you spot the difference between the last two pictures ≧◡≦

Of course, group pictures after a very good meal (✿◠‿◠)
After eating, we went to Toa Payoh library to satisfy all our cravings for books to read HAHAHAH

I manage to borrow a book at the last minute, its titled Learn To Be An Optimist by Lucy Macdonald.
Will post a review from the book after I read finish it (▰˘◡˘▰)
All in all, its a good Sunday spend with my loved ones, and I'm believing in God for a good week this week as well!
Have a good week ahead everyone and thank you for taking time off to read the posts I made.
